Emma Boyar
Emma believes that philanthropic giving is only successful when it is complemented by good strategy, true partnerships & passionate people who believe in impactful social change.
A passionate leader with extensive experience, Emma is currently a Board Member of Caulfield Park, Bendigo Bank and a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Emma has held various positions in local, national and global organisations. Emma is a past intern of the Clinton Global Initiative, a Global fellow of Present Tense and a 21/64 Certified Advisor.
Shimon Davidowitz
Shimon is passionate about education and began his career in his home country of South Africa before immigrating to Australia in 2016.
Shimon has extensive experience in project management, training and consulting within the corporate world and he is enjoying applying his expertise to the not-for-profit space to maximise their fundraising potential.
Based out of the Sydney office, Shimon has a Postgraduate certificate in Management.
Shuie Gestetner
Shuie Gestetner is the Director of Australia, and is currently a committee member of FIA Victoria as well as sitting on the board of a social issues not-for-profit.
With Masters in International Finance and a background in Management Consulting at CEB, Shuie has extensive experience in training, supporting and coaching non-profit organisations to achieve results well beyond their imagination.
Originally from Sydney and now heading up Melbourne, Shuie is a mad sports fan and family man with a natural excitement and energy.
Yakir Havin
Yakir is leader of operations at Australia, responsible for extracting data insights from hundreds of campaigns and producing a new awareness around giving in Australia.
A creative at heart with an endlessly curious mind, Yakir also applies his skills at in technology, writing, and design.
Yakir is studying Commerce at Monash University, and spends his spare time playing football or basketball, reading, listening to classical music, or catching up with friends.
Courtney Henry
Courtney derives great satisfaction from creating simple, sustainable and effective fundraising initiatives and programs for not-for-profits big and small.
Courtney has a Bachelor of Business and spent 12 years in the corporate world in the horse racing and gambling industries, before a final straw moment prompted a move to the for purpose space where she has been ever since.
Courtney’s passion areas are animal rights and welfare, environmental causes, human rights, and international development. She has volunteered in Myanmar, Hong Kong, Scotland, Cambodia, Australia and New Zealand.
Calean MacBeth
Caelan is passionate about education’s ability to influence the future of humanity, and ensuring first-class educational facilities remain accessible to all.
Previously training as a full-time classical ballet dancer, Caelan is now deeply imbedded in the not-for-profit world and contributes his time and expertise to guiding world changing organisations to more effective fundraising practice.
Caelan is currently studying law and has previously worked with the Australasian Union of Jewish Students in New Zealand, and The Shalom Institute in Sydney.
Peretz Schapiro
Peretz is the Managing Director of Australia, and was instrumental in bringing the game changing company to Australia in 2016
A passionate advocate for philanthropy from a young age, Peretz gives freely of his time and sits on the board of numerous not-for-profit groups.
Peretz holds a Masters in Applied Finance and lives in Melbourne with his wife and three young daughters.
